Wanted: 2012 Makeup reviewers
We’re looking for a panel of makeup lovers to help us put new products to the test in 2012. If you love makeup, can write well and stick to deadlines, this is your dream assignment!
A few things to note:
1. You’ll need to supply a photo to be published along with your reviews
2. If you’re selected for the panel, we’ll send you a full-size product to trial for up to 14 days. You’ll be asked to write an honest review about the product on the 24/7 Girl site.
3. To remain on the panel and be considered for other review opportunities you’ll need to post your reviews on time. Easy!
Even if you’re already signed up to 24/7 Girl, you’ll need to complete these details.

i am a 16 year old girl who absolutely looooooves make-up, and fashion. in my spare time i just play around with all my make-up, i havnt got much but i like to mix and match. i love to dress my little sister up and make her feel like a princess. This year i will be studying for level 2 ncea and one of my subjects i have chosen is Gateway, where i would get to go out and experience what it is like in the work industry, i will be going out once a week to a make-up place and get work experience there, i am really excited to do it because i love applying make-up to my self and other people to make them look beautiful <3 Posted by Jessiej236 "on" 01/06 "at"12:17 PM |

im 17 lately ive only been using basic make up such as lip gloss , eyeliner and masscare. im one of those girls who grew up as one of the guys and its was kindah hard trying to go from this staunch maori girl to a girl who enjoys wearing makeup. im starting to use more makeup but still experimenting trying to find the right products and looks for my skin. i watch youtube tutorials and thats what inspired me to be outgoing with makeup. i like writing and im not afraid to give an honest opinion. Hi ya, I’m a 25 year old girl next door with a minor obsession with all things make up and skincare related. My fascination started during high school and university when I worked alongside my Mum in her pharmacy turning girls and women of all ages dreams into reality to present enhanced versions of themselves to the world. Hi, I am a 52 year old true blue kiwi who has always taken care of my skin and appearance.Have raised 3 lovely children on my own and was an avid Avon rep for years so just love makeup and what it takes to look good.As an experienced mature adult I have seen many disasters on females, young and old with makeup. Would love to help many and guide them in how to apply makeup and what suits what face and age. I’m a young 13 year old girl, named ruby who is into everything fashion and beauty related. In my free time i like to chill out, shop, play with make-up and hair etc. One day i’d love to be either a model, fashion journalist or stylist. I believe that i would be good at reviewing make-up products as i am really into my writing, i’m good with deadlines (straight A student here!) and i am young and your site is based for teenage girls so i can relate to other girls wanting to try this product. I am a 15 year old maori girl from Taupo Bay of Plenty who loves to look dam fine day and night. Im not quite the writer though but i sure as hell love to look good. When im bored at home and theres nothing to do, i put makeup on and take photos lol and most of the times its with my mates. It would be pretty cool to win some free makeup, js. I am a 17 year old student living on the north shore of Auckland. I used to write book reviews when I was younger for the Herald on Sunday so I am good with the review process which is why I think this would be perfect for me. I also love makeup, I love finding that perfect brand of whatever it might be, lipgloss, mascara, foundation, I just love finding one that does everything you want/hoped it would. I live a very social life with friends who all have different wants and needs when it comes to make-up so I understand just how important it is (and also how hard) to find a product to fit the right face. Im a 18 year old school leaver from Nelson. And i love to try new things, i have a blog which i use to review makeup products, and almost everyday i watch beauty gurus on youtube .. they have raised me and taught me the basics and a few tips and tricks of the trade over the past five years (: I love to write also, i can go in to lots of detail and i am 100% honest about what i review.. I dont want to misguide others into spending money on something that is bad quality or not worth the hype. I feel that i can lighten the reviews up with a fresh sense of humor but also very informative. I’m an 18 year old polynesian from lower-hutt, Wellington and am currently on break from study - I start back up on January 26 and it is going to be full on. The first part of my course will be flight attending so as you can imagine, I will be having a very busy year and I need make up that can stand last - I’m willing to try anything you’ve got and will definately give my honest opinion on the products. I am an 18 year old kiwi and currently work in a hair salon i love to try new make up and as being a hairdresser i have to look the part and keep up with all the fashion and make up trends. I am also a beginner model and am starting to do more and more modelling. I would love to try out these new products and let everyone else know what they are. Hi I am a 21 year old full time university student and part time waitress/retail staff. Dont be fooled into thinking I wouldnt have time to fit your amazing offer on makeup reviews, because I am also a blogger. I have my own website and regularly reads fashion and makeup blogs of everyday people like you and I, and I’ve learnt alot from these people and personally I also love trying out different cosmetic products on my own (think of someone who has tried over 50 brands of mascaras, foundations, eyeliners and eyeshadows). Being a woman of half asian origin and quarter european origin also gave me quite a hard time finding a shade of foundation that could really match my skintone, not to mention my tricky T-zone combination skin can be quite a pain! I believe I could be a great candidate for the team to pick someone like me who is always on-the-go juggling study and work, has a passion for trying makeup (and putting my pimple-prone face at risk!) whilst love blogging and writing ocassionally. Ok.. well i’m not big on giving my age but i can tell you that i love looking good… hot..sexy..cute… My fave brand of make-up is M.A.C.. their colours are beautiful and their makeups suit my face best.. i do wear other brands of cosmetics but i haven’t found anything better the M.A.C… maintenance is important to not only look good but FEEL good! I am a 40-year-old mum of two teenagers. Both me and my teenagers struggle with acne and at my age acne has had its toll on my skin. However, a lot of the makeup out there makes you look worse instead of better and if I can find something that helps to hide the flaws enough so that I’m happy with it, it will be a miracle. I have been a Team Leader for the past 3 years and am used to writing reports and meeting deadlines, so would appreciate the opportunity to be considered for your panel. I am a 23 year old full-time Mum to a five year old, university student and volunteer. I don’t often get the opportunity to pay too much attention to how I look, nor do I have the money to usually, so this would be a fantastic excuse for me to say, “hey wait a minute Mummy NEEDS to get pretty before we do anything else”. It has always been my dream to be a journalist (I had studied journalism at polytech before I had my daughter) and writing is a passion of mine so this would be hitting the jackpot for me.
