You eat fruit with breakfast and lunch, and also nuts if they are in the cupboard, dinner is full of a mix of veges and if you’re still hungry you’ll munch on an apple



How much sleep you get also plays part in a great complexion, how much do you average a week?

You make an effort to get 8 hours every night, even if it means dragging yourself away from the tv
Between 7 and 8, you usually leave your homework and assignments until late so you tend to lose a n hour or two of sleep
Probably around 6, you have always been a night owl and you tend to stay up late reading or watching tv



How many times a week do you exercise?

Nearly everyday, whether it be a jog after school, or going hard in P.E, or netball on the weekends, you make the most of getting outdoors
Probably about three times a week, a couple of training sessions during the week and a game on Saturday
You try not to catch the bus so you walk to and from school, but that’s about it

YOUR RESULTS: It sounds like you are in need of some help in achieving complexion perfection - not to worry though, there are just a few simple things to remember and you’ll notice the difference in no time!  Combined with a daily skincare regime to suit your skin type, the basics to remember are: to drink lots of water during the day, make fresh fruit and veges a part of your meals, get out there and exercise, and get a good 8 hours sleep at the end of the day.  Why not start today? You’ll thank yourself for it!

You know how to look after your skin, and although laziness can sometimes take its toll, you are pretty good at remembering the basics.  Just keep in mind that it’s not just about skincare, be choosy about what it is that you put into that fantastic body of yours as it will shine through.  All this, plus a good night’s sleep and plenty of water and you’ll have a perfect complexion in no time!

YOUR RESULTS: You are definitely striving for complexion perfection and it looks like you know how to get it! You realise that it is not just a commitment to a decent skincare regime and washing your face twice a day that makes a difference, but that it is also comes from what you put into your body and what you get out of it by staying active.
