Wake up sunshine. You’ve got a full day ahead of you, and it’s time to get ready for it!

Kick starting your day by waking up your pores will get you looking gorgeous, and when you look good, you feel good! Here’s what we recommend:

Start out with a cool refreshing shower to get rid of morning puffiness and stimulate your senses. Keep in mind that those hours while you’re sleeping are just the right amount of time for a new crop of dirt and oil to collect, so invigorate your face with a burst of natural ingredients with to remove the dirt and oil build-up on your face. Finish with with a SPF 30 moisturiser to nourish and protect your skin for the busy day ahead.

Thanks! The products look good and I would lvoe to try them out.

I agree - showering in the morning does refresh you and open your pores so you can moisturise more effectively too. Although a hot shower on a cold winter night after a netball training is amazing and I generally prefer not to shower in the morning if I do that, so I can conserve a bit of water.

Guttingly enough, using facial washes and scrubs remove the skins protective layer… Therefore allowing more bacteria in. I am also allergic to facial scrubs and washes.

I find showering in the morning much more refreshing it wakes you up, ready to take on the world! smile But showering at night is also a good way to end a day especially if you’ve had a long hot day.
