Can microwaves give you cancer?
I was inspired to answer this question as one of my close girlfriends has always supported the argument that Microwaves are death machines – so are they?
Microwaves have without a doubt been linked to radiation – which reportedly can lead to cancer. Although high exposure to these little cookers would result in this! SO basically 2 minutes to heat up your pie is not going to send you to your grave…
Although – microwaves can cause food to explode! Yes, your food can blow up in your face during or after cooking! So maybe we should stop worrying about microwaves giving us cancer and worry more about letting our food stand for a minute or two after we’ve nuked it!
