The Nikki Tick #1 - What gets Nikki’s Tick?

24/7 Girl Vintage article

Establishing good eating habits while you’re young will promote good health in your adult life.

However our modern world sometimes makes it difficult to always eat healthily.

Instead of eating high-calorie snack foods every day you should really only eat them now and again – because if you eat them too often, one thing’s for sure, you will gain weight. So here’s what gets my tick when you’re on the run and confronted with less healthy options for foods/snacks.

Lollies tips

- Keep sugary foods and drinks to mealtimes to protect your teeth from disease and decay.

- Eat chocolate, chocolate-containing confectionary and sticky toffee very occasionally.

Snack-bars/Muesli bar TICK

Choose bars with a total fat of 10% less (check out the packaging)

Just gotta have it cos I’m pre-menstrual TICK!

- 150g pot chocolate dairy food dessert

- Order a trim chocolate if out with your girlfriends

- Smile! And buy yourself a chocolate fish!
