your tips for cravings? x

ok, so i always have about a week with a really sucessfull diet and exercise then i get heaps of cravings for baking, cookie and stuff i can make from the pantry. I am a healthy weight and quite fit but i eat SUPER healthy, so if i eat what i crave i will get fat again ( i have lost almost 20kg this year). sometimes chewing gum really helps my cravings, but as soon as i run out i need some more ideas to not eat what i crave, any help will be really apreciated, thanks x

- blackhead cleansers
- warm honey
- brown sugar
- white sugar
