Its good to massage the hair with some olive oil and leave it in for about 20mins before washing. This speeds the growing process, and also keeps it healthy and strong. Two birds with One Stone =)

A good time to brush your hair is before bed and before going to shampoo it. Don’t worry about the hair falling out bit. The average human loses 70 to 80 haris a day. However if you do feel concerned try to see your doctor about it and make sure your you have a good brush that is clean. Dirty brushes can eventually yank your hair out.

its normal to lose an amount of hair daily but if its more than it should be, maybe you should seek professional help like what my friend did.

I you want to grow your hair out fast, and don’t want to wait a year or two, human hair extensions are always an option. A friend of mine just had this done, and I was blown away by how real it looked and felt. I would have never guessed that she had hair extensions. I am considering having the same thing done myself. I have a short bob, and don’t really feel like waiting forever for it to grow out.

It may sound silly but regular cuts e.g every 6 weeks makes it grow faster because you get rid of the split ends. Also try avoid straightning it and heating it up with a hair dryer.
