I have nice long hair, and my secret?

Simple TLC! I get it trimmed every 6 or so weeks, to cut off those split ends. I wash it every second day to allow my hair to produce natural oils. And i follow the instructions on the shampoo and conditioner bottles. You shouldnt need to plaster your hair in shampoo and conditioner, you only need a tiny blob, no bigger then a 20 cent piece

And don’t blow-dry it all the time girls, it ruins/drys your hair out, just let it dry naturally.
My hairdresser loves playing around with my hair because its nice and soft. You dont need any fancy products, just good TLC

if you have split ends, ask ur hairdresser to cut only the split ends off

you can use the natural ways by eating fruits which are good for you hair growth

I reccomend spraying your hair with heat protection before blow drying and starightning etc.

espicially the ends of the hair, it should help keep your hair from being damaged. Also there are shampoos and conditioners that are designed to make hair grow longer. So check it out. Im sure Sunsilk has some.
