I know exactly how you feel! I’ve been going through the winter blues myself, what keep me distracted and helped me keep off the kilos was joining adult dance classes, there are available at your local dance schools and some gyms. As these adult classes are most relaxed, it doesn’t matter your level of ability or fitness, its fun just to go along and try something new and meet new people on the way
If dancing isn’t your thing, maybe at art class or a new club, check online and on local notice boards.
