Oh dear, if you regret it then definitely don’t do it again until you have talked this over with him! Talk to him after his exams (thats very sweet of you to wait ) and sort it out before you get even more hurt. so i talked to him last night, and he said he had broken up with his girlfriend ages ago so i was like and you didnt think to mention. . .  im truly over this :L just saying

Dont do anything you arent comfortable with. If you are not into it, then dont! Just be in control! LEARN TO SAY NO!
