i know 16 is the legal age for sex but how old do people lose it?
because i have a few younger sisters and i feel as though if they did stuff with boys at the ages i did stuff i would be disgusted!

what is the average age that girls first have oral or normal sex??

Hindsight eh, if only it was foresight.  There’s no perfect age but I definitely think girls these days need chastity belts til their 18 at least.  wink
I don’t think under 18 you have the emotional fortitude to understand all of what a relationship means but that said there’s many high school sweethearts who have married & stayed together all their lives.  It’s an each to their own kind of thing but the longer you wait the better in my opinion.  If a guy really loves you he’ll follow you to the end of the earth regardless of what happens in the bedroom.  Lasting relationships are based on love & trust not sex.  Help protect your sisters by talking to them about guys & relationships & tell them they are loved, special & anyone who treats them otherwise isn’t worth their time. smile

I agree with the person above, but if you really feel you are ready and in a committed trusting relationship then go ahead smile Its better to wait until you are older, because then you are more likely to make a mature and reasonable decision. But I can’t really say much, first had sex (oral and normal) about 3 weeks before my 16th birthday. I don’t regret it, but many of my friends have regretted their first time. And they wish they could take it back. So just let your sisters know you are there for them if they ever want to talk smile

And I don’t want the world to see me,
Because I don’t think that they’d understand.

Yeaaaahr pretty much , i waited until i was 17 before i even had sex , and i still wish i had waited until i was like 18 or until i had found a guy that actually wanted me ... To many girls get trapped into thinking that the guy really actually wants you and doesnt care about sex….. butt nope they all want sex ., thats just how their minds work these days ,,, its sad ):
but aw well

I lost my virginity at 14, I regret that now but wouldn’t change it because it was a step towards the life I live now. It’s a very personal thing, you will know when you are ready. Sex should be more emotional than physical.

I was nineteen.  It was a horrible experience and I almost wish I’d lost it to my long term boyfriend who I had been with when I was 17. He would have been nicer and it wouldn’t have been so upsetting but I didn’t want to rush.  If it’s with someone you really love and trust and you know it will make it special, then go ahead. But use protection and make sure you get good advice from someone older than you.  If it is just a fling it is silly.  Trust me, I did that and it hurt me a lot. He just dumped me the next day :( painful!

im 18 and my bf and i have been together for a year and a half and we havent had sex (oral or normal) yet because i told him at the start i wanted to wait and he has respected that and not pressured me into anything. i agree that for most guys (especially during teen - young adult years) that sex is the foremost thing on their mind but if both are ready and it makes the relationship stronger then go ahead nd be safe but (in my opinion) it should be something that both people r ready for and most of the people who i know who have had sex wished they had waited longer.
