If you have only just started getting your period I could recommend just using pads for the first few months. I know, they can be annoying and everything but it’s good to let your body ahve a chance to adjust etc.
Everyone is different so prefer differnt brands, I like carefree but my sister prefers libra even though we are the same build etc. So maybe try getting the little pocket packs of a few different brands and see for yourself what feels better.
ok well if its ur first time having ur period or u just want 2 sample tampons try tampex they cum with aplicators and expand in length not width so their easy 2 remove
ugh i found applicator tampons a nightmare when i first started. Just relax and try not to tense, its not really the tampons you use, more how well you know your own body
go onto the carefree and libra wesites and see if you can get some free samples, take it from there, I could say to use what I prefer but we are all different
Well, tampons for me anyways were a big pain trying to use at first. But I would recommend Playtex slender tampons. Regular absorbency (you don’t want to use to high of one cause it’ll raise chance of TSS), and also try the plastic applicator, I find it much easier sliding it in than a cardboard one. Good Luck
when i first got mine over a year ago i just used pads for a couple of months then when i was ready i used libra and carefree and stuff but U tampons are good too. its pretty much personal choice so just try and check (:
hey hun, my personal choice would be Moxie - they come in the cutest packaging & are a good shape and work well :) carefree & U by Kotex are also pretty good. xx
