Zumba is good fun when you have a friend with you and your dancing away ! but after awhile I get really bored of it.
it usually costs around 4 bucks for a 13,14,15 yr old at your local community centre.
I bought a zumba dvd ages ago off trade me for $35 Dollars but I thought it was to advanced for me and alittle to expensive for the dvd.
If you want to have fun for little cost do what I recomend.
xx
It’s great! It’s really fun, for all ages, shapes and sizes! Especially if you go along with a group of friends. There are so many places around NZ that hold classes, just look up on the internet for the closest one in your area!
ZUMBA is great fun! you will never know till you try it I do it every once a week at a youth centre in Wellington NZ. A great way to have loads of fun, meet new people and a chance to boost your dancing skills. I highly recommend it! SERIOUSLY!
Don’t waste your money. What is it after all? A DVD of people gyrating to Latino music. Can you not do that yourselves? Just put a radio station or music TV on for 10 mins a day and dance your heart out, remembering to swivel the hips and belly. That’s all it is.
yeah I had the exact same thought. So I looked up a list of songs they use in zumba, downloaded them, and dance around my room. It’s free and you don’t have to learn moves.
Zumba is the best sort of exercising. Ive been going for 6 months and ive lost 10 kgs. As well as zumbing, i go for a walk each morning and watch what i eat.
Some of the videos are on Youtube. You can do them there. I attach my laptop to the TV with the HDMI cable and do it in the lounge when nobody is home. For free! I can also get the full length videos for free but it’s illegal downloading so I shouldn’t promote that.
