people will like you once you like yourself. so compliment yourself everyday- even on the littlest things. its much easier for us to talk about the negatives then the positives which is the sad thing because were all meant to be different and be liked for being different.
I think as long as you are fit and healthy it doesn’t matter what you look like or what weight you are. I gained 15kg when I was on a certain medication, yet had no appetite. As soon as I came off it I lost the weight. Even though I weighed so much I was eating healthily and getting heaps of exercise.
I would call myself slightly chubby. But it is the comments from other girls at my old school that have given me a complex about my weight. I am a size 10 - 12 and yet I was constantly being told that I was fat. My mother had anorexia when she was a teenager, I just hope it doesn’t happen to me!
I’m 15, 16 in may and i only weigh around 42 kgs! i am very very short though. I hate it when people compare themselves to me! because they always say i am so skinny but i think im just fine for how tall i am.
Its the opposite for me. I am very tall. Like nearly 6 feet. And I weigh 70 kg. Everyone is like you are overweight. But I think I am just fine considering my height.

No way do I think I’m fat. My body is in proportion overall. :D I’m blessed with great boobs and sweet hips. Curves are awesome lol although some toning wouldn’t go amiss… I’m just too lazy to bother with it
Well im a size 8 - 9 in pants and a 6-8 in tops, im 164 cm tall and weigh 60kg and im only little but i still have days that i feel fat, but at the end of the day i have so many people that like my body as im lucky and have c-d boobs and a nice bum on me =X i have to get over my insuricties..
i hate it when girls walk down the street and look at another girl and go omg shes so perfect i wish i could look like her because the chances are that same girl is going to walk 5 feet and do the same about someone else.. no one is ever FULLY happy with themseves but i think young girls and teenagers need to learn to be happy with what theyve got and live with it confidently, if you have a positivee outlook on your image others will see it aswell…
you just need to llok at your beauty, just because your happy with who you are it doesnt mean your vain!

I don’t get told I’m fat though and I don’t feel really fat, although according to my BMI I’m obese…and apparently I don’t look obese. I exercise and eat super healthy but I can’t manage to lose weight. I’m the opposite of you. I don’t like how I am and I do want to lose weight… I’m really confused

BMI is not the whole story when it comes to weight, if you don’t look fat you probably aren’t, especially if you are active. BMI does not take into account for muscle, as muscle weighs a fair bit more than fat. If you are worried about being “obese” i would advise you have your body fat % assessed, there is a good chance you will be in the normal range. People who are underweight by BMI terms can actually have a high body fat %.
I’m a spoon, I have 42inch hips and 29 inch waist, I can’t find pants that aren’t sweat pants to fit, so I have to wear a belt but all the material crinkles and I look funny. I feel fat on some days, but the school uniform is unflattering as possible so I look even fatter. I’m 65kgs and about 165-170cm tall, a Bcup (which sucks) and huge as thighs. I don’t hate my body, but some days I don’t like it either
Some days I feel fat and others I feel really slim!
It depends on what I wear… different clothes manipulate the look my body I find.
Ive always been the girl that everyone says OMG your SOOO skinny. It was weird an ppl would compare themselves to me.
However, now that Im 18 ive gotten more curvier (as is normal).
I weigh 50kgs and Im roughly about 162cms tall. My upper half is skinny with size B boobs with no fat to fill in the bra, so my boobs look like hardly anything compared to my bum and thighs. Im a subtle “pear shape”. But I wish that my fat was evenly distributed coz sometimes i feel disproportionate. But i think thats to do with clothes too. Its soooo hard to find flattering pants! :( LOL
Up till this year my legs looked fine and thin… but ive gained weight so thats when i actually realised i was a ‘pear’.
