Do you do want to get fit?

I’m not a very fit person but i do go out and run or bike but every thing i do does nothing to me. I dont want to lose wait i just want to get fit and every thing i do doesnt help or i’m not noticing the changes. and info i should No ?

do you do weights… weight training is AWESOME for muscle definition!

If you’re just starting out, try building into a routine. For example, try going for twos runs and one bike a week. And then increase the frequency as you get fitter. Also you could try increasing the duration of your exercise or the intensity eg run or bike for longer periods or harder. Fitness takes time, it doesn’t just happen overnight. What you need is persistence and you’ll get there.

Ugh, I’ve gotten so unfit during these holidays :(
I think I might try running

make sure you have some type of motivation to keep you going.. because i find that just running or biking gets really boring after a while

I definitely want to get fit! I do sport once a term but it doesn’t really work :(

I would LOVE to get fit. I should probably start going for bike rides. Coz I HATE running!!! =]

getting healthy is my new years resolution…
we hav wii fit and it does your bmi and stuff its really good….

I’ve been super lazy over the last year too… Too much time studying, not enough fun time. If running and things doesn’t do it for you, maybe you’re fitter than you know! I find swimming tires me out faster than biking or running, but that could be because I just splash around not going anywhere. The longer or harder you do any exercise for the more you’ll feel it! Maybe get a friend to do it with you and push each other a bit, or try mixing it up with different activities each day so it doesn’t get boring
