Hi, does anyone know any really effective thigh exercises/workouts?

umm…  the ones that are really effective for me are: squatting, lunges & kick ups ( thats when you stay in one spot and kick your knees as high as you can)

wall sits are very effective especially when weights are added. they work for me.

Anything that gets your legs pumping would work… Like knee-ups, high knee kicks etc. If you want it a little harder, just add small hand weights. smile Hope this helps!

Have a crack at Zumba! Not only is it good for your thighs, but also your butt and abs! Plus it is really fun and a great way to socialize
