How do i help my friend get over him.?
they’ve been on and off for nearly three years. lost their virginity to each other. first loves etc. there would always be a next time. their relationship has been kept quiet (since theyve gotten back together). but they were so happy together.love. then the guy just decides he dosent want to see my friend anymore. no explanation nothing. he still has not given and explanation. just im sorry.

shes tried to get over him multiple times, tried to move on. but they both just end back together. (always a next time)

i really think she does need to move on and get over him fully. but its really hard cause shes in love. and it hurts.

i want to help her forget even for a bit. like a distraction even for a bit till the guy sorts his feelings out.

shes coming over and staying the night tommrrow and i would like suggestions on things we could do. proactive things. not eating icecream and watching sappy movies.

I think I might know how your friend feels, but everyone is differnent. I used to hate when my friends would tell me to move on and forget about a guy and stuff like that so I wouldn’t tell her that and don’t say mean stuff about him either because that would just hurt her feelings. Maybe just let her talk about everything to you and listen to what she has to say. Give her your opinion about everything she says because she’ll like hearing what you think of what she says. I was like that with my first boyfriend the only way i got over him was not being able to see home for 3 months but were still friends now. I’m sorry your friend hurts and I’m sure you are hurting for her too. but you are a great friend to be there for her (something I didn’t Have) Just no matter what love her and be there for her. oxox
