Feeling bad about yourself

This is how i feel about myself :(

I feel im not good enough, pretty enough and that i keep
thinking that people are saying things about me.
Im always putting myself down.

I just wanna snap out of it but i can’t - i keep judging myself.

Please Help me smile

The good news is you’re not alone! No one is perfect and everyone goes through rough patches. Asking for help is great because it means you’re not happy about feeling bad, and that’s the first step to turning things around - so good for you!!

The next step is to learn to say NO to Negative and focus on being a more positive, happy version of yourself! Let go of the things you can’t change and embrace all of the great things about you and your life. Let yourself be happy.

thanks for the link.

I am in the same boat, at 22 I still suffer from the same depression and insecurities I had as a teenager. I still obsess over my looks (especially my weight), I worry to much what people think of me, and I am currently unemployed so I have been really depressed lately.

The only thing I can really say is that it gets easier at times. Especially if you have good friends and hobbies to keep your mind off it…
