I have to admit I’m pretty lazy.
I try fit in a few sit ups a day but usually I’m just counting the walking around the city everyday with friends as summer exercise

mi workowtz r kinda randum, sum dayz il go 4 a run others il do sum lunges or sit-ups. jus dpends on mi mood but i try 4 atleast 10mins ov planned xercise 5days of the week
I got wii fit plus with a balance board for xmas and ive been on it so much ive actually been getting more toned! its really good cos it shows you how many calories you’ve lost, and has different exersizes for different parts of ur body.
I do contempary Ballet, so i have to be pretty fit + felxible. I do stretches every day, go for a run everyday and a 10km Bike ride in the morning before school.
I used to dance heaps and that was fun! Ballroom, salsa, latin and just out on a Sat night! Runnings good too when you’re stressed… I’ve just started aquajogging, its great fun! You feel like a dork, but thats part of the fun. And you get to giggle and chat with your friends while you do it, and its easy but I think its doing good things to my lazy legs Working out is waaaayyyy better if its fun
well i play soccer, netball and cricket so to keep fit i go for runs but i don’t like running past these stupid guys that hang around my street so i use the treadmill while watching sex and the city haha. sometimes while i watch tv during the ads i do situps and pushups (but you can do any exercise) and this may sound lame but i have the high school musical dance mat LOL and they helps alot seriously and its fun.. anyway yeah thats pretty much it
I do a variety of things. I have karate twice a week, and in between I try to do things like push ups, chin ups, side leg lifts and wall sits. If I feel like it I will go for a run, which is normally when I’m stressed out, so I had a few runs during the exams lol. And I ride my bike to school and back occasionally, which is about 3km each way.
