I walk to and from school 4 days a week, that’s about 25-30 min per walk. Also walk to and from work once or twice a week, 20 min per walk. I used to go for 35-40 min runs 5 times a week but I’ve given myself a month break because I’m doing a DVD called Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (she’s from the biggest loser). I’m also taking a month break from doing pilates twice a week because I’m doing the DVD everyday. Also I do badminton, a game and a practice a week. Sometimes I crank out my awesome dance moves (not) in my room and go for bike rides with my brother. That’s about it.
