What do you do to work out?

i also go gym… its only $10 a week casual rate, which means you’r nt on a fixed contract.. u jst pay each week u go

I swim for an hour, four times a week.  I used to run but spent more time injured than anything else.  The gym is really good too, i get a free membership through uni so thats good

I got the Kim Kardashian Fit in Your Jeans by Friday dvds. They are really good. After i do the workouts i am soo sore the next day so i know its working. It was like 20 dollars for the set. They work the upper and lower body

I do horse riding once a week (it really works on your calf muscles!), skipping for around twenty minutes most days, and I sometimes run.

I walk to and from school 4 days a week, that’s about 25-30 min per walk. Also walk to and from work once or twice a week, 20 min per walk. I used to go for 35-40 min runs 5 times a week but I’ve given myself a month break because I’m doing a DVD called Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred (she’s from the biggest loser). I’m also taking a month break from doing pilates twice a week because I’m doing the DVD everyday. Also I do badminton, a game and a practice a week. Sometimes I crank out my awesome dance moves (not) in my room and go for bike rides with my brother. That’s about it.

^^ me three!!

I have so many games for the Wii that are for exercising and I never seem to get time to do it, I go for a big walk on saturday morning which is about the only real exercise I get.

How do you guys that use dvd’s / wii manage to motivate yourself everyday?

I do basketball practise 2 times a wk a game 1ce a wk netball prac 2 times a wk game 1ce a wk and I hav a dance class 1ce a wk. would go 4 run but wen i get back from prac it’s dark so I go on my wii fit everyday 4 30+
