I have music on my ipod that makes me smile when I hear it, reading a good book or maybe watching a couple of episodes of my fave show (glee is always good for that!) and hanging with people you love!

Listen to your all-time favourite songs, maybe spend time with family, catch up with friends and all, maybe draw or write things which could make you smile ? usually works for me really. (:

I tend to go for walks or just be around nature, it’s a good way to let go of things that are bothering me.

listen to music and have a cup of tea with a book. sometimes it’s good to get away from other people.
