how do u make a blog with out geting payed for it ?

No blogs on 24/7.  There are quite a few different sites that do blogs.  i am starting one and I googled blogs and have found heaps that way.  Some are hard to do others are really easy.

blogspot is a great one. My blog is about crafts that I am trying, different bits of jewelery I make etc… but i have friends like use their blogs to review movies or concerts. You can blog about anything you wnt really.
