Long strong hair
The secret to long, strong hair is keeping it healthy. The healthier it is, the longer it will grow. Try these 3 tricks - they’re good for your hair and your body!
Get your beauty sleep: A late night won’t just leave you with bags under your eyes. Too little sleep can also stunt the growth of your hair.
Hydrate: Keeping your hair hydrated is good, but keeping your body hydrated is even better! When you’re dehydrated your hair becomes weak, and weak hair doesn’t grow. Aim for 8 glasses of water a day, and avoid fizzy drinks and coffee which will dry you and your hair out.
Take your vitamins: Long, strong hair comes from good nutrition. Look for a multivitamin and take it daily. Zinc, evening primrose oil and omega fatty acids are all great for your hair.

getting a trim doesnt make your hair grow faster, but it does stop split ends, im growing out my hair and its down to below my bra line at the back now, i just inspect my hair, normally during particularly boring uni lectures, when i start to see split ends i get a trim, but ask them to cut of as little as possible or theyl cut off too much, also i spray a mixture of water, conditioner, and my fav hair products when i get out of the shower before i brush my hair, and try not to blow dry it or straighten it much Posted by nit4sz "on" 08/21 "at"08:18 PM |
