Summer means sunshine, and sunshine means bad news for your hair. But these tips are all about caring for your locks during the hot months, so you can have your sun, and great hair too!
Go easy on the styling tools during summer. The sun can be just as damaging as a straightener, so it’s double trouble when the weather is warm.
Humidity blocking products are the difference between a dry, frizzy mess and easy summer hair. Try Joico Humidity Blocker.
Chlorine and salt can strip your hair of moisture and make it vulnerable to damage. If you spend a lot of time in the water make sure you put the moisture back with regular deep conditioning and weekly masks.
Your hair can get burnt too! So look for products that have UV protection in them.
