Ever wondered how many calories in that Vodka Cruiser or Archers?
We’ve taken a look at the calories in drinks like Vodka Cruisers and Archers and worked out how much exercise it takes to burn them off!

What’s the damage…?
- To burn off one Vodka Cruiser, you’d need to do 30 minutes of fast walking or 20 minutes of freestyle swimming.
- To burn off two JDs and Coke you’d need to do 90 minutes of aerobics or go for a 70 minutes cycle.
- A glass of bubbles will take around 20 minutes of running or hard-out skipping to burn off.
- Two Archers Schnapps will take you 45 minutes of freestyle swimming or 1 and a 1/4 hour of sit ups and push-ups (ouch!!)

| You will find that alcohol in its own right has calories - by having a diet/soda with vodka, it is just lower in calories - but it still HAS calories. Alcohol is made up of things like fruit, barley etc (depending on what you drink). Posted by MISS WRX "on" 12/14 "at"04:39 PM |

orrr you just buy vodka diet cokes with lime, or vodka and soda water, which is zero carb and pretty much zero calories, and doesnt give u a sugar headache or make u feel sick. brain surgery Posted by tailz "on" 01/25 "at"12:42 PM |

calouries big deal… it doesnt matter what you drink you always gonna drink the calouries on ... if your drinking on diet just dont drink as much ... by the way i kinda think the exercise thing is a bit dumd ... for example ... if you in a pub/club and brought just one vodka cruiser you gotta walk to the bar and back ... walk to the dance floor etc .. soo really i think why exersize when you can drink and dance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
