3 study secrets
It’s so unfair that exams hit right when summer starts! With all that pressure to get your work done and cram information into your brain, it’s easy to neglect a crucial part of the machine: your body.
We’re all for studying hard and doing the best you can in those end of years, but by making exercise and a few fun activities part of your study routine, you’ll feel more alert and have the energy to ‘soldier on’. Here are 3 great ways to do it.
1. Break up your study schedule with planned exercise and physical activity - it’ll help you concentrate, stay disciplined and you won’t lose fitness. Keep active, and both your body and mind will thank you for it. So will your marks!
2. Eat and drink well. Feed your body and brain with foods that boost your concentration, memory and nerves.
3. Break the day up by: biking to meet a friend for coffee, jogging round the block, 20 minutes of pilates… even jumping on a trampoline or running on the spot for 10 minutes will help!
