yes, I love exercising! smile but my body is failing me.. and am meant to be training for a marathon.. gutted!
A bit of advice for those struggling to get into it: (Turn off the TV!) Join a gym, a sports team, or whatever you want, just something that will hold you accountable! I used to get home from work and flick on the tv and not move. Now I can’t remember the last time I watched shorty (used to be everyday)

for soo long the only sport like thing i did was dancing but iv recently started running afew times a week i hav been feeling soo much better and im drinking more water now, i have realised. ANd i really enjoy it i started offf walking and slowly built up speed just chuck in the ipod and leave! give it a go you might enjoy it!!

I WISH I had the motivation to exercies more but I just don’t!  I really am working on it though!  Went for my first run in ages today, it may have been short but it was a run nevertheless!

OmGsh! I barely do any excercise, AND I don’t play any sport !! But it’s alrite ish coz my meatbolism is really fast.. I had a great month, where I set up my own home fitness circuit to get fit, but poor me, when I had too much homework, I would quit and think it’d be ok, coz I was ‘skinny’.. I’m tryn to work on my abs now though..

I felt really guilty about my fitness last year because I play netball and I only play one season a year because Netball is a winter sport but I played for two teams, school and a club, and I used to play Cricket but didnt make the school team last year and just when I was practicing for my 4th netball game of the season I broke my wrist (in practice) and I couldnt play for 10 weeks, which really really sucked coz Im a really keen netballer and so I missed the whole netball season because of a broken wrist and I didnt have a summer sport to play so last year was pretty uneventful in sporting and I feel really guilty about not playing much sport and I swear I have put on some weight, but this year, my resolution is to try out for lots of different sports and work out as much as possible!

YOUR RESULTS:
Exercising is not a top priority for you. You are pretty busy and you can’t seem to find the time, or motivation, to get out there. You may have a little burst every now and then but that’s about it. Remember that to keep a healthy body and mind working out is the best thing you can do! Take one day at a time and you’ll get into the swing of it in no time!

i play soccer at a rep level and i train every single nite and it still not enough my motovation is to get in to a profesional team so if you have a sport you like try aiming for a profesional level(it helps)

I swim twice a week, walk at least 4 days a week and I do strength training three times a week… And I feel heaps better after ever workout.

I am a dancer as well as a dance teacher so i get alot of exercise but i haven’t noticed much change except for my legs are more toned. What kind of things can i do to work on my abs?

argh! i get so annoyed with myself when i feel really good about starting something like crunches every night or a bike ride every 2nd day and then miss one day because i don’t have time and then it happens the next day and the next ánd then i’m not motivated enough
