Exercising is not a top priority for you. You are pretty busy and you can’t seem to find the time, or motivation, to get out there. You may have a little burst every now and then but that’s about it. Remember that to keep a healthy body and mind working out is the best thing you can do! Take one day at a time and you’ll get into the swing of it in no time!

You try to keep fit and healthy but you just can’t find the time! You feel a little bit guilty when you have a lazy week, but sometimes exercise just isn’t a priority. Try your best to get out there and do something at least a couple of times a week, once you get back into the habit of things you will feel so good for it!

You love exercising and you try to workout as often as you can. You love to feel like you are keeping fit and it keeps you feeling happy in mind, body and soul. The only problem you have is feeling like you don’t get outdoors enough!
A bit of advice for those struggling to get into it: (Turn off the TV!) Join a gym, a sports team, or whatever you want, just something that will hold you accountable! I used to get home from work and flick on the tv and not move. Now I can’t remember the last time I watched shorty (used to be everyday)
