Our top 5 SPF products

Waterproof? Check. Non-greasy? Check. Face? Check. Hair? Check. Lips? Check. We’ve got you protected from the sun from head to toe!

Top 5 SPF products

1. Hawaiian Tropic - Sport Dri-Touch SPF 30+, $14.39. Not into the greasy, slick skin look? Neither are we. That’s why we love this clever sunscreen that goes on like a lotion and quickly dries like a powder - leaving your skin with a smooth, dry finish. So smart.

2. Invisible Zinc 4 Hour Water Resistant Sunscreen SPF30+, $24.95. Beach babes, listen up! This high performing four-hour water resistant sunscreen is perfect for water loving ladies. It’s light, easy to spread and moisturising. Tick, tick, tick!

3. NEW Eight Hour Cream Sun Defense for Face SPF 50 Sunscreen, $38.00. A lightweight, oil-free sun shield that safeguards even sensitive skin from sun damage with a massive SPF 50. Did they read our beauty wishlist? This is our ultimate face cream.

4. Dermalogica Solar Shield, $20.00. Dry, cracked skin? No thanks! Dermalogica Solar Shield protects the easily-burnt skin on your face, like your lips, nose and ears, with SPF 15 sun protection, while natural moisturisers help to soothe and hydrate skin. And it’s waterproof for up to 80 minutes!

5. NEW L’Oréal Professionnel solar sublime advanced protection conditioning spray, $29.00. The non-greasy texture is enriched with a UV filter that provides hair with a protective film to nourish and shield hair during sun exposure. A must have for the beach bag.

Solar Sublime stuff smell yummy and is used at my work. The Dermalogica stuff is actually really good, i had a facial done at Elite beauty school and they use this brand extensively which is good because it caters for all skin types.

I have also used dermalogica solar shield and lip balm and they are FANTASTIC - I especially love the matte finish one! I would really like to try the Elizabeth Arden one, but I worry it might be shiny or make me break out…?
