Whether you’ve just left school, are already at Uni or are just looking for a career change, it doesn’t get much more exciting and rewarding than being a cop – not to mention well-paid!
To train as a cop, you’ll need to be 18 years of age or older when you graduate, be fit and a quick thinker. To see how you’d go, take the test for your chance to win an 8G iPod.
Apart from a guaranteed job, a starting salary of $55,000 and free university study, what makes being a cop such an amazing career? If you’re not an office job-type girl and variety is more your thing, then being a cop could be for you. As a young cop with two years experience, you could find yourself doing anything from dog handling to community liaison work to youth education or working as a police diver.
