Yes I am the leader! I think being a good leader is all about listening and hearing people’s opinions. You have to let them know and feel that their opinions are valuable to you and that they are just as important as you even though your the one making most of the decisions. Make people feel important and also give them honest sincere compliments. Not just for the sake of making them like you or making them feel good!

You kinda sit on the fence in your group. You never say too much, but you put your two cents in when you feel it’s needed. You are happy to follow the leader and would rather sit back and relax than lead the way.

I don’t know where I am in my group at the moment cause we are having a little bit of trouble but the quiz was right cause when we are together I am in the middle but when we divide I am the leader. I don’t know what to do. I feel stuck in the middle just like the quiz said. What should I do.  :(
