Lips:
Creating the perfect statement pout is a 3 step process. Here’s how to do it:
Step 1. Prep: A soft, smooth surface is essential for getting this look to work, so gently remove any dead skin from your lips with lip balm and a toothbrush. 
Step 2. Line: Line your lips with a dark liner that is as close to your lip shade as possible, then blend the liner over your lips with a brush.
Step 3. Layer: Apply your lipstick over your liner and blend with a brush. Blot and repeat for an intense, long-lasting finish.

Face: Applying a creamy foundation and setting with powder will achieve a polished, matte finish and compliment your bold lips. Run a blush brush up your cheekbones for a touch of natural colour.
