Lip Balm Addiction
Is it true your lips can get addicted to lip balm? I don’t want to turn into one of those people who has to apply it every 5mins!

There’s no proof that your lips can get hooked on lip balm, or lip gloss, or any other lip loving product.
Lip Balm moisturises dry, chapped lips, and a lot of coloured glosses and lipsticks are now made with moisturising ingredients too. Reapplying every 5mins is a choice, not an addiction! So if your lips are dry, lather them up!
Some of the best cures for chapped lips are products with ingredients like shea butter and bees wax.
Here are some great all-natural options to look out for:

1. Trilogy Intensive Lip Treatment, $18.90. An intensive moisture-rich lip balm containing Certified Organic Rosehip Oil, Cocoa and Shea butter.
2. Weleda Environ Lip Balm, $11.90. Not only protects the lip with natural waxes, but also soothes and moisturisers after exposure to sun and wind.
3. Oxygen Lip Balm Mandarin, $9.00. This fresh and fruity lip balm will leave your lips feeling refreshed and beautifully moisturised with all its naturally healing properties.

This is going to sound weird but the best stuff for lips is medela purelan 100, its 100% pure lanolin, mothers use it to soothe cracked/dry nipples when breastfeeding but its AMAZING as a lipbalm! Soothing and mega glossy, and you don’t need much of it. And the great thing is it comes in a huge tube for $20, it just lasts and lasts! Posted by Stasia "on" 05/21 "at"05:28 PM |

haven’t tried the any of suggested 3 lippies. But Elizabeth Arden’s 8hr cream is the best for lips. Put it on before going to bed and your lips will be nice and smooth the next day Posted by Bettina "on" 05/21 "at"04:12 PM |
