Mmm tacos… mmm MexiKai!
Man I love me some tacos - and I was extra spoilt being able to have incredible ones whenever a craving hit over in New York. Hence my total excitement at finding out MexiKai taco trucks had started up in NZ since I’ve been gone! These guys deal in Mexican-Hawaiian fusion, so it’s not necessarily traditional taco material, but I’m into their fruity (pineapple, strawberry etc.) salsas and other crazy flavour combos.
The MexiKai trucks have just been dishing up at Rhythm and Vines (reports from anyone who was there please!), and they’ll be around about throughout the rest of summer and beyond too. Keep an eye on their Twitter to find out where they’ll be parked up - and don’t forget to enter the comp to win a trip to Mexico! Wait, why am I sharing that info?!
