Thigh, Butt and Leg Toning ExercisesWith a bit of motivation and imagination, you can work the lower body, hang out with friends AND catch up on the latest goss!

Here goes….

Walking. It’s not complicated, and you can do it anywhere! Walking is as easy as lacing up your sneakers and leaving the house - or be more adventurous and take a hike with friends. Great way to keep toned!

Dancing. Dancing is a great way to keep active and toned, and it’s fun! Take a class with friends, or go it alone… don’t worry if you’re not as smooth with the moves as Gwen Stefani your confidence will grow as you practise!

Squats. Nothing yells ‘tight buns’ like squats do. You might feel a little ridiculous, but fit a couple sets of squats in each day, and you’ll be sporting quite the tight rear in no time.

Pilates. Pilates is a gentle yet excellent type of exercise that will strengthen and tone your whole body. We suggest taking a class to get you started so you know you’re doing it right, but you can do this at home whenever you like too.

Surfing. Kicking, swimming, fighting the surf - and lugging a board around! - surfing is an excellent way to tone your whole body. Winter or summer, it’s a great hobby that keeps you fit! It’s just that whole balancing thing gets tricky…
