How to get great legs
Lower body need a little lovin’? Kick your way to great legs with these three workouts!
Little circle kick. Lie on one side, one arm propping your head up, the other palm down, a few inches away from your tummy. Shift your lower half forward slightly so your legs are at an approx 45˚ angle from your hips. ‘Open’ your top hip by turning your top foot toward the ceiling slightly. Extend the leg so it feels as long as possible, and lift it about a foot into the air, fully pointing your toes toward the ceiling.
Move the leg in little circles, keeping your hips and thighs nice and tight. Do 10 circles, then reverse the motion. Lower your leg, and do it on the other side!
Tip: keep your tummy tight and don’t let your bottom leg roll around!
Kickboxing. Ok - it’s an obvious choice, but kickboxing is a fantastic way to keep not just your legs, but your entire body in great shape. It’s an excellent way to get any inner angst out too! Hang a punchbag at home and find some (quality!) instruction videos online, or take a class and learn from an actual person.
Tip: use a bag, not your little brother
Fun! Flutterkick. Remember learning to swim with a couple of floaties and a flutterboard? Hopefully things moved on from there, but a few laps with a flutter or boogie board is actually a great way to tone your legs and butt! Easy too! Hold a board out in front of you (or hold onto a friend!), and, with your body nice and straight and your toes pointed, kick for as long as you can without bending your knees.
Try to keep your head down and turn your head to breathe - lifting your head right out of the water will tempt the rest of your body to drift down.
Tip: Your kicks should be shallow and clean (i.e. no big splashes!) Oh, and don’t forget to clench!

Well I don’t know if that works, but I do know a great exercise and I lost two inches with in 2 weeks! I have also been doing sit-ups as well but I lost two inches from my waist from doing this one leg kick front! you just lay on the floor on you side, and (with you leg on the top)bring your leg back and forth all the way back as you can and all the way in the front as you can!
